Configure the Streaming Application on Moodle
1) Sync Your LMS with the Streaming Application.
To configure the streaming application with your Moodle LMS, follow these steps mentioned below.
Step 1: Go to External Services in Plugins
Login go to External Services. Here is the path:
Site Administration>Plugins>Web Services>External Services
Step 2: Add External Service
Select the Add link on the External Services to add one.
Step 3: Add ‘Functions’ to External Service
Path: External Services>External Service (choose yours) >Functions>Add Functions
Step 4: Create a Token
Path: Web Services>Manage Tokens>Create Token
Tokens help to sync your LMS with your streaming application.
Take this token and go to your streaming application to sync your LMS with Zatuk streaming server.
Step 5: Sync Your LMS with Streaming Application
Now, login to your streaming application to sync it with your Moodle LMS.
Path: Organizations>Add Organization>Enter the details (including the token created)
Thus, syncing the LMS with the streaming application is completed.
2)Sync Your Streaming Application with Your LMS.
Step 1: Create APIs
Create APIs on your streaming application. Step 2: Come to the Manage Repositories on Your Moodle LMS After you create the APIKey, go to your LMS site using the path given below. Step 3: Enable Application and Go to Settings Enable the streaming tool and select the Settings link.
Step 4: Enter APIKey (Client Id) After you enter the details and select the Save button, the syncing of your streaming tool with your LMS becomes complete.
